Ray White Fleming & Ross have just completed an Expression of Interest campaign for an Agricultural Lease for Whitehaven Coal.
It was an Expression of Interest for the property “Kurrumbede” which consists of approximately 8000ac of grazing country.
Ray White Fleming & Ross conducted over 20 inspections and received 18 Expressions of Interest.
The EOI that Whitehaven accepted represented an increase of $5 per acre or $40,000 per annum more than the previous Leasee.
